Do you cook in my kitchen? (Top of Page) |
| A. |
Yes, meals are prepared in the safety of your own kitchen, although they may be prepared in a licensed kitchen and delivered to your home. On the scheduled cook date your personal chef will bring the fresh ingredients for your meals along with her own pots, pans and utensils, then prepare your entrees on site. At the end of the day the chef will leave your refrigerator filled with fresh, delicious, customized meals and your kitchen will be left spotless. |

Our standard plan allows for a cook time of approximately 4 to 5 hours. |

Do I heat the food? (Top of Page) |

Yes. All entrees that have been stored in your refrigerator and or freezer (based on the plan chosen) will have simple heating instructions. Frozen entrees should be defrosted overnight in your refrigerator, and heated, to be enjoyed at the peak of their flavor. |

Yes, it is customary to pay a $100.00 deposit for the service in advance of your cook date. |

What do I need to supply you with on the cook day? (Top of Page) |

All we need is your counter space, your stove/oven, sink and room in your refrigerator to store your customized entrees. We bring the groceries, utensils, pots and pans and *storage containers.
*A fee for containers will be discussed at the assessment interview. |
